Jeff Neven

Jeff is the Director of Operations for Homestead Christian Care. He lives with his wife and three children in central Hamilton where they are active in the community and in New Hope Church. Jeff has worked in a variety of social service organizations, mostly focused on grass roots community development and mental health. In the last six years, Jeff has been part of a team that has grown Homestead Christian Care from a small charity supporting 7 people to an organization providing recovery-focused supportive housing to over 150 people in Hamilton and Woodstock, Ontario.

Jeff is currently completing a Masters of Social Work at Wilfred Laurier University focusing on Community, Policy, Planning and Organizations. Jeff is also the Secretary/Treasurer of the Board for the Social Planning and Research Council of Hamilton.
